• Operational data: plant, transport, inventory, scenario, and optimization inputs you provide, along with outputs generated for your organization.
• Usage and telemetry: logs of sign-ins, feature usage, device identifiers, IP address, user agent, and performance metrics to secure and improve the Service.
• Support data: messages and attachments shared with support, including categories and troubleshooting details.
• Payment-related references: subscription selections and transaction references; payment card data is handled by integrated payment providers.

• Provide and operate the Service, including authentication, authorization, optimization, and AI copilot responses.
• Secure the platform through fraud detection, abuse prevention, auditing, and incident response.
• Improve reliability and user experience by analyzing aggregated telemetry and feedback.
• Provide support, billing, and account communications aligned with your subscription.
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce terms, and protect the rights and safety of users and Clinker India.

Where required, we rely on legitimate interest to secure and improve the Service, contract necessity to deliver subscribed features, and consent where explicitly collected (for example, optional communications).

• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by role and tenant context.
• Backups and disaster recovery procedures are maintained with periodic testing.
• Retention is aligned to business need and legal requirements. Upon termination or request, data will be deleted or exported where feasible and lawful.
• Operational logs may be retained longer for security, fraud prevention, and compliance.

We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, security, and product analytics. You can manage cookies in your browser, but disabling them may affect functionality.

• Essential cookies: required for login and session continuity.
• Analytics: used in aggregate to improve performance and usability; no advertising cookies are used.

• We encourage MFA and strong passwords. Session controls and CSRF protections are enabled by default.
• Access is scoped to your organization. Administrators control user roles and access to sensitive features.
• Login activity and critical actions are logged for auditability.

• We may share data with trusted processors (such as email or payment providers) to deliver the Service, under contracts that protect confidentiality and security.
• We do not sell Customer Data. We do not use Customer Data for advertising.
• Disclosures may occur to comply with law, enforce agreements, or protect safety. We will notify you where legally allowed.
• Aggregated or de-identified insights may be used to improve reliability without identifying individuals or organizations.

Where data is transferred across regions, safeguards such as encryption, least-privilege access, and contractual protections are applied consistent with applicable data protection laws.

• You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data subject to organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Administrators may manage user profiles, roles, and data lifecycle within the tenant.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Service or legal requirements. Material updates will be communicated in-product or by email. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
